4.A. Trustees may adjourn into closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the resolution approving the purchase of real property described as Property ID 124393, A0014BC M  MORENO, 520-3, Z-265, WEST OF HWY 95 ACRES 13.078, with any and all improvements (surface only), and Property ID 124390, A0014BC M MORENO, 520, ACRES 63.1, with any and all improvements (surface only), Little River - Academy, Bell County, Texas, or to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of the described real property pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, 551.072, and 551.129).

6. Consideration and possible action to adopt a resolution approving the purchase of real property from Elizabeth Walker, Joan King, James F. Culp, Jr., John Riggin, Melanie Riggin Brewer, Geoffrey Riggin, and Lauren Riggin described as Property ID 124393, A0014BC M MORENO, 520-3, Z-265, WEST OF HWY 95 ACRES 13.078, with any and all improvements (surface only), and Property ID 124390, A0014BC M MORENO, 520, ACRES 63.1, with any and all improvements (surface only), Little River - Academy, Bell County, Texas for $1,142,700.00, plus the costs of the transaction, said property to be used to support the expansion of educational and related facilities.
