Consideration and possible action to select an architectural /engineering firm for the District's Turf Project and to delegate authority to the Superintendent to take all actions pursuant to the Texas Government Code 2254.004 and Board Policy CH and CV, including execution of a contract, if within the scope of Board Policy delegation, or presentation of a proposed contract to the Board for action.

6.D. Consideration and possible action to select the delivery method providing the best value for the Turf Project and to authorize the Superintendent or his designee to take all actions necessary for the procurement of such services pursuant to statute and Board Policy.

6.E. Consideration of and possible action to adopt the prevailing wage schedule as presented for Bell County, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act, to be used by all contractors as the Prevailing Wage Schedule for all District Construction Projects.

6.F. Adjourn into executive session to discuss superintendent's recommendation for employment of contract personnel, discuss resignations accepted by the superintendent and real property. Texas Government Code Section 551.074 and 551.072.
