4. Approval of Consent Agenda 
In order to promote efficient meetings, the Board may act upon more than one item by single vote through the use of the consent agenda.  Consent items shall be items placed on the Agenda for which no Board discussion is anticipated and for which the Superintendent recommends approval.  Prior to the meeting, at the request of any member of the Board of Trustees, any item on the consent agenda shall be removed and given individual consideration.  Requests for individual consideration are made prior to Board meetings and requests must be directed to either the Board President or the Superintendent.

5. Consideration and possible action to elect to discontinue the district’s participation in the health insurance and other benefits offered by TRS, effective no later than December 31, 2022.

Discussion and possible board action to approve Resolution extending time for the approval or disapproval of pending Application Monte Alto Wincpower, LLC, Texas Comptroller File No. 1863 for agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes

8. Consider and adopt Findings under the Texas Economic Development Act for the Application of Monte Alto Windpower, LLC for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes

9. Consider and approve job waiver request from Monte Alto Windpower, LLC

11. Discussion and possible action to adopt a policy on an employee leave bank/pool.

12. Discussion and possible action to pass a resolution that allows Lasara ISD's administration to seek efforts to bring equity to the funding structure between South Texas ISD and Lasara ISD.

13.A. Report on most recent Middle of the Year (MOY) NWEA formative assessments as compared to the student performance on the Beginning of the Year (BOY) NWEA formative assessments.

13.B. Report on attendance rates for intersession held during the week of November 14-18, 2022.

K - 5^th grade    56/61    students attended = 92%
6^th - 8^th grade    36/47   students attended = 77%
9^th - 12^th grade    28/37   students attended = 76%

14. Closed Session or Meeting as authorized by Section 551.001 et seq of the Texas Government Code (The Open Meetings Act), under the following provisions:

Section 551.071 – Consultation with School Attorney on matters in which the duty of the Attorney to the Governmental Body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas.

Section 551.072 – To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.

Section 551.074 – For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.
