Description: All persons who address the board at this time must complete a registration form before the meeting begins. The correct procedure for addressing the Board during Public Comments is as follows: Each speaker should address the Board from the podium microphone and state his or her name before speaking. All speakers will be limited to five minutes to make comments unless modified by the Board president based on Board Policy BED (LOCAL). Copies of presentations should be made available to all trustees and the Superintendent.

Description: The Superintendent may consolidate items on the agenda summary for possible group action, or any Board member may suggest group action on items to expedite the Board meeting. A request by any trustee shall remove any item from the suggested and consolidated action list.
