The Board and Administration will provide factual information regarding a potential Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election, including:

The purpose and statutory requirements of a VATRE;
The district's current Maintenance & Operations (M&O) and Interest & Sinking (I&S) tax rates;
The proposed allocation of the district's existing tax rate between M&O and I&S;
The potential financial impact on Levelland ISD; and
Questions and discussion regarding the proposed VATRE
