• An archway at the primary entrance to the facility.

• HCCU added to the scoreboard signage located on the blank white strip at the bottom of the scoreboard.

• Addition of "Hockley County Credit Union Stadium" signage on the outer elevator shaft on the home side of the stadium.

• A mutually agreed-upon logo placement incorporated into the field turf design.

• If feasible, inclusion of the Hockley County Credit Union logo on game tickets.
• Other advertisements and supporters are allowed at the field outside financial institutions.

Description:  If, during the course of the meeting the Board of Trustees should determine that a closed or executive meeting or session is required, then such closed or executive meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq., will be held by the School Board in such closed or executive meeting concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including, but not limited to the following sections and purposes: Texas Government Code Section: 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.075, 551.076, 551.082, 551.083, 551.084, 551.0821, 551.087
