Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution with a contract to purchase a tract of real property in the City of Stanton, Martin County, Texas, located south of Buffalo Trail near Stanton High School with the general legal description of “THE SURFACE ESTATE ONLY IN AND TO LOTS SIX (6) AND SEVEN (7), KOONCE ACRES, an addition to the City of Stanton, Martin County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 1, Page 26, Plat Records of Martin County, Texas”, and authorizing the Superintendent and/or Board President and/or ratifying their previous actions to finalize negotiations and execute on behalf of the District the final contract to purchase such property and any and all documents necessary to consummate the purchase and titling of said real property.
