8. Campus Principal's Data Assessment(s) Reports

8.A. The campus principals will provide an update on the 2023-2024 STAAR assessment data and other testing platforms used by the campuses to measure student growth for the 2024-2025 school year. 

8.B. Report regarding the Teacher Incentive Allotment ("TIA") passed by the 86th Texas Legislature in June 2019 through House Bill 3, Texas Education Code §48.112.

9. Closed Session.

9.A. Personnel Matters - Deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, and/or other duties of a public officer or employee of the District pursuant to Tex. Govt. Code §551.074.

9.B. Consultation with District's legal counsel in closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071 to seek and receive legal advice regarding personnel matters and/or potential or contemplated litigation.
