1. Accepting the resignation of the District’s Superintendent

2. Approving Professional Leave of the District’s Superintendent

3. Employing and appointing an Acting Superintendent

4. Declaring unauthorized Texas Education Code Chapter 21 personnel contract of Chief Financial Officer void and/or accepting the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer
