I. Call to Order.

I.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting had been duly called, and that notice of the meeting had been posted in the time and manner required by law.

II. Recognitions.

II.A. Abilene High School Special Olympics Team.

III. First Order of Business (Consent Agenda).

III.A. The Board will consider approval of the Budget Amendments.

III.B. The Board will consider accepting the May Financials.

III.C. The Board will consider approval of the Minutes of the June 6 Agenda Review, and the June 13 Regular Meeting. 

III.D. The Board will consider approval of Board Policies DNA (Local) and FFA (Local) in first reading, pending final approval. 

III.E. Appointment of Delegate and Alternate for the TASB Delegate Assembly.

III.F. The Board will consider approval of Board Approved Bus Routes. 

IV. Regular Agenda.

IV.A. The Board will consider approval for Revolution to travel to Australia in June 2017.

IV.B. The Board will consider approval of the Student Code of Conduct and Handbook for 2016-2017.

IV.C. The Board will consider approval of the TEA Waiver Request for Low Attendance Day(s).

IV.D. The Board will consider Award of Beverage Contract, RFP 039, 15-16.

V. Closed Session:  A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 including but not limited to Section 551.071, Section 551.072, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, and Section 551.082, and section 551.0821.

V.A. The Board may deliberate matters of Personnel, i.e. appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee. (Section 551.074)
