I. Call to Order.

II.A. The Board will consider approval of the Budget Amendments.

II.B. The Board will consider accepting the February Financials.

II.C. The Board will consider approval of the Minutes of the March 2 Agenda Review, March 16 Regular meeting and the March 30 Special meeting.

II.D. The Board will consider approval of the revisions in Board Policy FB(LOCAL) and FFH(LOCAL) in first reading, pending final approval.

II.E. The Board will consider approval of the Prevailing Wage Rates subject to federal requirements.

III. Regular Agenda.

III.A. The Board will consider approval of a Resolution to Support a US 277 Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Project.

III.B. The Board will consider approval of Proposal 024, 14-15, for construction of the new Johnston Elementary School.

III.C. The Board will consider approval of  Paving and Circulation Improvements.

III.C.I. Cooper High School, Proposal 029, 14-15.

III.C.II. Clack Middle School, Austin/Oritz Elementary Schools, Proposal 030, 14-15.

III.C.III. Bassetti, Dyess and Ward Elementary Schools, Proposal 031, 14-15.

III.D. The Board will consider approval of the revised Head Start/Early Head Start E.R.S.E.A. and School Readiness plans.

III.E. The Board will consider approval of the Early Head Start Major Budget Revision Proposal for additional playground equipment for the Crockett site.

III.F. The Board will consider approval of State Waiver Related to School Closures due to Inclement Weather.

III.G. The Board will consider approval of the Instructional Materials Adoption for 9-12 Mathematics, K-12 Fine Arts and K-12 Social Studies.

III.H. 2015-2016 Budget Overview and Preliminary Budget Discussion.

III.I. The Board will consider development of timeline and process for selection of a new Superintendent, and related transition.

IV. Closed Session:  A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 including but not limited to Section 551.071, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, Section 551.082, and Section 551.0821.  

IV.A. The Board will consider and deliberate Personnel Employment, Assignments, Suspensions, Non-renewals and Terminations, including positions of acting, interim and / or permanent Superintendent.
