II.A. The Board will consider approval of the Budget Amendments.

II.C. The Board will consider approval of the Minutes of the July 6 Agenda Review, July 13 Regular Meeting, July 27 Special Meeting and Board Workshop, and the July 28 Special Meeting.

II.D. The Board will consider approval of the Head Start/Early Head Start Self-Assessment, Program Improvement Plan and Compliance Corrective Action.

II.E. The Board will consider approval of the revised Head Start/Early Head Start Procedures for Electing the Policy Council and Policy Council By-Laws.

II.F. The Board will consider approval of the District Investment Policy.

II.G. The Board will consider approval of the proposed tax rate to be published in the notice for public meeting.

IV. Closed Session:  A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 including but not limited to Section 551.071, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, Section 551.082, and Section 551.0821.  

IV.A. The Board will consider and deliberate Personnel employment, appointment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal. (Section 552.074)
