I. Call to Order.

I.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting had been duly called, and that notice of the meeting had been posted in the time and manner required by law.

II. First Order of Business (Consent Agenda) for December 9 Regular Board Meeting.

II.A. The Board will consider approval of the Budget Amendments.

II.B. The Board will consider accepting the October Financials.

II.C. The Board will consider approval of the Minutes of the November 4 Agenda Review, November 11 Regular Meeting, and the November 15 Special Meeting.  

II.D. The Board will review the local policies proposed in TASB Policy Update 98 and other local district updates in first reading, pending final approval.

II.E. The Board will consider approval of the Job Order Contract for Carpet and Resilient Flooring.

II.F. The Board will consider approval of a Modified Instructional Day for ATEMS and the Submission of a Texas Education Agency Expedited Waiver.

II.G. The Board will consider Election of Jones County Appraisal District Directors.

II.H. The Board will consider Election of Taylor County Appraisal District Directors.

II.I. Report on District Highly Qualified Status.

IV. Closed Session:  A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 including but not limited to Section 551.071, Section 551.072, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, and Section 551.082(a).
