III.A. The Board will consider approving the Budget Amendments.

IV.A. The Board will consider approving the Texas Educator Excellence Grant (TEEG) Incentive Plan.

IV.B. Consideration and possible action concerning contract amendments for 2007-2008 school year for qualifying employees under the Incentive Payment Program, Texas Education Code Sections 21.651 et seq. and 21.701 et seq.

IV.C. The Board will consider nominations to the Board of Directors of the Jones County Appraisal District.
