II.D. Report and consider approval of second and final reading of TASB Policies GKD(LOCAL) and GKDA(LOCAL).

III. Regular Agenda Items

III.A. Report and consider approval of Depository Resolutions changing authorized signatures on checks.

III.B. Report and consider 2006-07 school calendar adjustment.
