7. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION FOR ACTION RELATIVE TO CLOSED SESSION

Consideration and action regarding the recommendation of the Superintendent or designee to terminate employment and send appropriate notice to Gershon Caston for good cause, as determined by the Board, pursuant to Section 21.104 of the Texas Education Code and Board Policies DFAA (LEGAL) and DFAA (LOCAL).
