VI.A. Approval of the April 14, 2025, Regular Board Meeting Minutes.

VI.B. Approval of the upcoming Summer Leadership Institute Conference from June 11-14, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas for continued education hours for Somerset ISB Board of Trustees.

VI.C. Approval of the 2025-2026 Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials.

VI.D. Approval of the auditor engagement letter for the annual financial audit report of Somerset ISD for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2025.

VII. PRESENTATION, DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION ITEMS:

VII.A. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the purchase of two Polaris XP 1000 Rangers for the Somerset ISD Police Department.

VII.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the 2025-2026 Memorandum of Understanding between Somerset ISD and the National Instiute for Excellence in Teaching for all TAP Services.

VII.C. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Job Order Contract for renovations to the Professional Development Center and create The Print Shop currently located at the Somerset High School Campus.

VII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of  the Job Order Contract for the demolition of two small storage sheds, site preparation, poured in place concrete building foundation.

VII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the DHMSA Construction proposal for steel fencing at Savannah Heights Intermediate School, Barrera Veterans Elementary, Junior High and Somerset High School under the Safety and Security Grant funding.

VII.F. Presentation of the Somerset Independent School District Finance Update.

VIII. CLOSED SESSION:
The Board will convene in Closed Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551, et. seq. (TGC 551.071, TGC 551.072, TGC 551.073, TGC 551.74, TGC 551.076, TGC 551.082, TGC 551.083, and TGC 551.084) to consider the following.
