The Board will convene to a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.071 et.seq. to consider the following:

V.A. Conduct interviews of applicants for superintendent position, and consider and discuss same, pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code 551.074.

V.B. Consultation with legal counsel regarding issues related to employment of new superintendent, pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code 551.071, 551.129.

VI. OPEN SESSION:  Return to Open Session to Take Action Deemed Necessary.

VI.A. Consider and take possible action regarding applicants for superintendent position.

VI.B. Consider and take possible action to name finalist for the superintendent.
