6. Consider the Level III grievance of Zachary Peters
The grievance will be conducted in closed session under one or more of the following sections of the Texas Government Code:
i.  551.071 to seek and receive legal advice from the Board's attorney
ii.  551.0821 for the purpose of deliberating in a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about a student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation; and/or
iii.  any other applicable provision of Texas Government Code section 551.

8. Executive session, A closed meeting may be held for discussion under the provisions of Texas Government Code Section 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.076, 551.082 & 551.089 pursuant to Tatum ISD Board Policy BEC.
