5.A. Consider and Approve Technology Purchase of Chromebooks not to exceed $90,000. Use of Instructional Materials Allotment (IMA) Funds.

5.B. Consider and Approve nominees to Panola County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

5.C. Consider and Approve the purchase of one 77 passenger bus. This purchase is not to exceed $150,000. This expenditure was included in the budget that was previously adopted in August.

5.D. Consider and Approve amendment to the District of Innovation (DOI) Plan.

5.E. Consider and Approve Proposed School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) members for 2025-26

6. In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by Texas Government Code §551.074 involving the resignations and employment of professional personnel, and discussion of the Superintendent's evaluation instrument.
