7. In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by the Texas Government Code §551.074 involving the resignation and employment of professional personnel and Texas Government Code §551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.

7.B. The Superintendent will recommend the employment of professional personnel.

7.C. Consider and Approve the sale of real property located at LT 4 BLK 4 Bank Addition, AB 665 J REEL Survey, Tatum, Texas through the sealed bid process and authorizing the Superintendent to take whatever actions necessary to sell the property.
