Open Forum/Audience Participation BED (Local):Persons who wish to participate in this portion of the meeting shall sign up with the presiding officer or designee before the meeting begins and shall indicate the topic about which they wish to speak. No presentation shall exceed five minutes. The board's function at this time is to listen to comments. Formal action cannot be taken. Please respect the privacy of others and refrain from identifying students, employees, or other community member by name.
