Description: Texas Government Code 551.074
Consideration of Personnel Matters pertaining to the superintendent, central administration, campus, and classroom teachers, including new hires, resignations, reassignments, and discipline. Discussion: I move that the White Oak Board of Trustees authorize the board president to prepare communication to the Superintendent as discussed in closed meeting. 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: A governmental body may conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; or a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter 551.0821 - School Board - Personally Identifiable Information about a Public School Student: This chapter does not require a school board to conduct an open meeting to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation. |
