The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: Level III teacher grievance hearing and deliberation regarding same; deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, revaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.074, §551.082 and Consultation with legal counsel regarding Level III employee grievance hearing and related matters, and any other subject matter as permitted by law, pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.071, §551.129
