The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, administrative contracts; 551.076 deliberation regarding safety and security; 551.072 deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; 551.071, 551.129 attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to elementary student pending or contemplated litigation; 551.0821 to discuss and consider elementary student pending or contemplated litigation.
