Montgomery Independent School District, Dkt. No. 024-DM-20 (Before a Texas Education Agency Mediator); 551.071 and 551.129 consultation with the District's attorney regarding resignation agreement with senior leader; 551.074 deliberations concerning resignation agreement with senior leader; 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, administrative contracts; 551.072 deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
