7.B. Texas Government Code Section 551.074 Deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, contract, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline,  dismissal of a public officer or employee,  including the Superintendent.
7.B.1. Employment considerations – contract renewals/non-renewals for professional personnel
