4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically:  Discuss contract, duties, employment, and annual evaluation of Superintendent Jeff Butts.

5. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting.
