ACTION:   Consider and possible action to adopt a Resolution providing for the Defeasance and Calling for Redemption certain currently outstanding District obligations in the approximate amount of $50,000 to extinguish such obligations, delegating to certain district officials and staff the authority to effect matters related thereto, and other matter in connection therewith.
