2.A. ACTION:   Discussion and possible action to approve an Order authorizing the issuance of the District's unlimited tax school building bonds, Series 2021; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the bonds; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the bonds. 

2.B. ACTION:   Discussion and possible action to approve the A1A contract between Lainez Architects and Premont I.S.D.  

2.C. ACTION:   Discussion and possible action to determine that Construction Manager at Risk is the delivery method that will provide the best value to the District and the One Step process will be used for the selection.

2.D. ACTION:   Discussion and possible action to appoint a committee to perform evaluations and negotiate a contract for Construction Manager at Risk.

2.E. ACTION:   Discussion and possible action to adopt the evaluation criteria to be used in evaluating and ranking the Construction Manager at Risk.

3.A. ACTION:   Discussion and possible action to approve the Student Transportation Services Agreement with All Aboard Texas.

3.C. INFORMATION:   2021-2022 Funding Initiatives for Professional and Paraprofessional staff:  Returning Professional Certified Staff $5000.00; New Professional Certified Sign-On $5000.00; Returning Professional Non-Certified $2500.00; Returning Paraprofessional Support Staff $2000.00

4.A. ACTION:   Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement with Texas A & M University-Kingsville to offer dual enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year.
