The Board may elect to convene into Executive or Closed session, as authorized under Texas Government Code Section 551.071 through 551.084. The Board may, at its sole discretion, take action in open session at this Board meeting on items deliberated on in closed session.

         instructional, administrative, and support professional personnel required to

    5.  Renewals/Terminations Effective at the End of the Contract Period of
         Probationary Contract Employees
    6.  Proposed Terminations of Probationary and Term Contract Employees   
B.  Deliberation Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits Pursuant to
     Texas Government Code Section 551.076 
C.  Deliberation concerning the Implementation of a Guardian Program
      and/or security personnel to ensure compliance with section 37.0814 of
      the Texas Government Code, Texas Government Code 551.076
