VII. Take Appropriate Action related to the personnel matters related to the consultation, employment, resignation, evaluation, reassignment, and duties of a public official or employee(s); including but not limited to Superintendent, Business Manager, Directors, and Principals. 

I move that the board of trustees of Kermit ISD name Dr. Rodney Schneider as the lone finalist for the position of Superintendent at Kermit ISD and I further move that the board authorize the board president to negotiate the contract as discussed in closed session.
