NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS KERMIT ISD'S STATE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY RATING

Kermit ISD will hold a public meeting combined with a scheduled regular meeting of the Board of Trustees at 7:00 pm, December 15, 2021 in the KISD Administration Building, Board Room, 601 S. Poplar, Kermit, TX.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Kermit ISD's rating on the state's financial accountability system.

XVI. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Following Sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act 551.071, 551.072, 551.074, 551.076, 551.129 and 551.2821:
Personnel matters related to the consultation, employment, resignation, evaluation, reassignment, and duties of a public official or employee(s); including but not limited to Superintendent, Business Manager, Directors, and Principals.  

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821 for the purpose of deliberating a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.
