• Parcel 2: Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, Meadowbrook Addition to the City of Rockdale, also known as 1904 Brazos Avenue, Milam County, Texas 76567 and being recorded at Volume 1067, Page 483 of the Deed Records of Milam County, Texas

Discussion and possible action to accept an Application for Value Limitation Agreement from Sandow Lakes Ranch Solar II, LLC pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Tax Code; authorize the Superintendent of Schools to review the application for completeness and submit the Application to the Comptroller of Public Accounts; and authorize the Superintendent of Schools to approve any request for extension of the deadline for action by the board of trustees beyond the 150-day review period, as may be required.

Discussion and possible action to retain the law firm of Leon & Alcala Attorneys At Law and Jigsaw School Finance Solutions, LLC to assist the district in the review and processing of the Application for Value Limitation Agreement from Sandow Lakes Ranch Solar II, LLC pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Code.
