12.F. “Deliberation and possible action to terminate the November 10, 2016, Commercial Lease Agreement between the District and Jared Thornhill with Shallowater Pharmacy for the property located at 600 8^th Street, Shallowater, Lubbock County, Texas, and to authorize the Superintendent to notify the tenant of a termination and vacate premises date of not later than January 31, 2026.”
