CONSIDERATION OF AND ACTION on an Order authorizing the issuance of Shallowater Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2009 (the “Refunding Bonds”), for the purpose of refunding and redeeming a portion of Shallowater Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds Series 1998 and Series 2001; the sale of such Refunding Bonds, and, pursuant to Texas Government Code §1207.007, delegating the authority to the District Superintendent and/or District Business Manager to establish the terms and details related to the issuance and sale of the Refunding Bonds.
