Discussion and possible action to waive any conflict of interest regarding the law firm of Walsh Gallegos Kyle Robinson & Roalson, P.C. representing both San Perlita ISD and Lasara ISD in negotiating a possible agreement for a shared employee (Child Nutrition Director) and authorize the Superintendent to execute the written waiver.
