Description:
Denise Almon talked to the board and Mr. Pena about the accounting issues for fiscal year 2008. She also talked to them about preparing of the annual financial statements.

3. Discussion of Annual Financial Audit for Fiscal Year 2008
Description:
Denise Almon and Mr. Rodriguez discussed the annual financial audit for Fiscal Year 2008. The board members were given a chance to ask questions. Mr. Rodriguez did advise the board that he worked out of 3 different office and also explained how the audit was done by them.
