4. Public Comments/Open Forum
The Board provides a limited forum for public comment at all regular Board meetings.  Speaking during this open forum does not require placement on the Board agenda.  Public participation in Board meetings is governed by policy BED (LOCAL).  The board will not comment or engage in discussion during this agenda item. All comments are to be informative only, and no action can be taken.  The board requests that comments and presentations not include statements that are inflammatory or slanderous.
Public comments may not exceed five minutes, and issues for which the Board has established resolution channels, such as complaints against district employees, may not be brought before the Board in an open forum.  Refer to local policy BED or contact the superintendent’s office for more information on policies regarding employee, student, or parent complaints.

5.A. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Superintendent Evaluation Instrument for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

5.B. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Invoice for Gignac Architectural Services for the Classroom Additions and Renovations in the Amount of $314,288.90.

5.C. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Legal Services Agreement for Nick Maddox & Associates. 

5.D. Discussion and Possible Action to Change the Legal Services Agreement for O'Hanlon Law Firm to an hourly rate. 

6. Recess To Executive Session
The Board of Trustees may go into Closed Session pursuant to Section(s) 551.071, 551.072, and 551.074 Texas Government Code, to discuss the following:
