1. Consider and possible action to approve a Resolution of the Board of Trustees designating the “Naturgy Candela Devco, LLC Reinvestment Zone.”

2.B. Consider and possible action to approve a Resolution of the Board of Trustees conditionally approving Board Findings pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Tax Code regarding the Application for Value Limitation Agreement from Naturgy Candela Devco, LLC, Comptroller Application #2000 and the form of Agreement under the Texas Economic Development Act for a Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operation Taxes with Naturgy Candela Devco, LLC, Comptroller Application #2000; authorizing the Board President and Secretary to execute such Agreement upon receipt of Comptroller approval of the form of Agreement; and resolving other matters in relation therewith

1. Action to authorize the Superintendent of Schools to undertake appropriate legal proceedings as may be appropriate to effectuate the action of the Board in connection with the conditional approval of the Agreement under the Texas Economic Development Act for a Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operation Taxes with Naturgy Candela Devco, LLC, Comptroller Application #2000.

1. Consideration and possible action to approve a resolution regarding retention incentive compensation.

3. Executive/Closed Session
