1. Roll Call/Call Meeting to Order

2. Closed Session, As Authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section, 551.071, et. seq

2.A. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District’s attorney concerning legal issues involving issues concerning program changes.

2.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss proposed nonrenewal of term contract employee(s).

2.C. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District’s attorney concerning legal issues involving procedural issues concerning non-renewal hearing, including selection of counsel to advise the Board in any non-renewal hearing.  

3. Open Session

3.A. Consider and take possible action to declare that the necessity of program changes exist requiring the nonrenewal of district employees.  

3.B. Consider and take possible action to determine the employment areas to be affected as a result of the program changes requiring the nonrenewal of district employees.

3.C. Consider and take possible action regarding proposed nonrenewal of term contract employee at the end of the 2011-2012 school year.

3.D. Consider and take possible action regarding the selection of legal counsel to advise the Board in any non-renewal hearing during the current school year
