Deliberation and possible action to enter into a real property donation agreement with the City of Paducah in which the City donates to Paducah ISD in accordance with Texas Local Government Code §272.001(l) an approximately 4.41 acre tract of real property that is currently being used as the Paducah ISD football stadium;

13. Deliberation and possible action to authorize the Board President to execute the donation agreement on behalf of the Board of Trustees.

14. Deliberation and possible action to authorize the Superintendent of Schools and Board President to execute any and all documents and take any and all action necessary to finalize, close, and record the conveyance of the real property from the City of Paducah to Paducah ISD.
