VI.A. Consideration and possible action on a Resolution approving the Sale and Exchange Agreement with the City of Pampa, authorizing the sale of District owned real property to the City of Pampa, described as:
All lots one through four (1-4) Block No. One (1), and all of Lots One through eight (1-8), Block Seven (7) of the Buckler Merten Addition to the City of Pampa,Gray County, Texas; In exchange for the City's unimproved real property described as: A 3.327 acre tract of land situated in Section 78, Block 3, I.&G.N. RR. CO. Survey, Gray County Texas , out of a called 164.9 tract of land described as Tract 2 in Volume 65, Page 624, Deed Records Gray County, Texas (D.R.G.C.T.), and other good and valuable consideration, as described in such Sale and Exchange Agreement. |
VI.B. Consideration and possible action on a Resolution declaring as surplus and authorizing the sale of the real property and any improvements thereon located at 901 and 1011 Frost Street, Pampa, Texas, and described as: All of Lots One through Six (1-6) Block No. Six (6), and all of Lots One through Four (1-4), Block Two (2) and a portion of Georgia Avenue between Lot 6, Block 6 and Lot 1, Block 2 vacated September 3, 2024, by City of Pampa, Texas by Ordinance No. 1811 (undeveloped) of the Buckler Merten Addition to the City of Pampa, Gray County, Texas; and authorizing other actions related thereto as required by law or Board Policy.
