3.A.1. Discussion to deliberate the value of real property and receive legal advice regarding the sale of real property and the following property: Block 55 A. Jones Addition approximately 3.19 acres, located at the corner of E. Jones St. and N. Tyler St.; (2) Block 55 B, Jones Addition, approximately 3.70 acres, located on E Hayes St. at N. Polk St. and N. Tyler St.; (3) Block 36 & 42, Jones Addition, approximately 3.70 acres, which may include that 0.41 acres, being Lott street situated between the East boundary of Harrison Street and the West boundary of Tyler Street; (4) Block 1, Cox Addition, approximately 1.10 acres, consisting of that property owned by BISD bordered by W. 1st., N. Jackson St., W. Heffewrman St., and N. Monroe St.; and (5) Block 48, Jones Addition, approximately 2.07 acres, known as the Tyler Elementary School property, to the Hayes Street intersection and may include the abandoned portion of Hayes Street, between Blocks 42 and 48.
