2.A. Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (Local) may address the Board and make public comments on an agenda item during or before the board's consideration of the item.  The Board may allow public comment on agenda items at all meetings. The Board will continue with the remaining agenda after the registered patrons have had an opportunity to speak

3.  ACTION ITEM

3.A. Consideration and possible action regarding receiving grants from Beeville Education Foundation to selected employees

3.B. Consideration and possible action regarding the 2023-2024 Fall incentives for all current employees in BISD

3.C. Consideration and possible action to cast votes for the Bee County Appraisal District Board of Directors by resolution

3.D. Consideration and possible action regarding a Budget Amendment for the Child Nutrition Department

4. ADJOURN INTO CLOSED SESSION

4.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

4.A.1. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

4.A.1.a. Discussion regarding Superintendent's personnel recommendations and resignations

4.A.1.b. Discussion regarding administrative personnel matters
