3. BOARD TRAINING

3.A. The Board will receive an update and discuss the preliminary budget process regarding the 2023-2024 school year.

3.B. The Board will discuss the pay system review conducted by the Texas Association of School Boards for auxiliary employees, clerical paraprofessionals and administrative professionals.
