3.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

3.A.1. Section 551.071  For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

3.A.2. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

3.A.2.a. Review and Discuss the Superintendents Evaluation.

3.A.2.b. Consider making modifications to Superintendents Contract

4. RECOVENE IN OPEN SESSION

4.A. Consideration and Possible Approval of Items Discussed in Closed Session.
