6.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or the discussion on the following matters.

Section 551.071 and 551.087 Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections:  Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaning to the sale of district property and Chapter 313 of Texas Tax Code.

Section 551.072:  For the purpose of discussion of the purchase, exchange, lease or value of property.

7.A. Consideration and Possible Approval of Items Discussed in Closed Session.

For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Governement Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President will present for the Board's consideration or discusssion of the following matters:

Sections 551.071 and 551.087 Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections:  Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to the sale of district property and Chapter 313 of Texas Tax Code.

Section 551.072:  For the purpose of discussing the purchase,exchange, lease or value or real property.

 

8. DISCUSSION ITEMS

8.A. First Reading of proposed policy CCGB (Local) related to Ad Valorem Taxes and Economic Development.

8.B. Creating sub-committees possibilities or scheduling board meeting to discuss projects regarding facilities upgrades and rennovations.

9. ACTION ITEMS

9.A. Consideration and possible action to authorize th sale of the property described below and authorizing the Superintendent to post notice of the District's intent to sell such property in accourdance with Section 272.001 (a) of the Texas Local Government Code, to receive and open sealed propsals, and to present said propsals to the Board of Trustees for accepteance or rejection.
