2.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071 - 551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters:

2.A.1. Purchase, Exchange, Lease, or Value of Real Property

2.A.2. Employment of Personnel

2.A.3. Personnel

2.A.4. Consultation with the District's attorney to receive legal advice regarding the procedure for possible termination or proposed nonrenewal of employment contracts.  This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code §§ 551.071 & 551.129 if consult is by telephone.

3. Reconvene in Open Session

3.A. Consideration and Possible Approval of Items Discussed in Closed Session.

4. Consider the termination of probationary employment contracts at the end of the contract period in the best interest of the District.  This item may be held in closed session pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code § 551.074.

5. Consider the Superintendent's recommendation on the proposed nonrenewal of one or more term employment contract employees.  This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code § 551.074.

6. Consider authorizing the Superintendent and/or legal counsel to negotiate employment options, including possible voluntary separation agreements.  This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code § 551.074.
