IV.A.1. Presentation of Rivera Educational Consulting, LLC for the 2026-2027 school year to support district initiatives and practices for elementary educational staff based on district needs, at an estimated cost of $167,400.00.

IV.A.2. Recommend approval of Patricia Valenzuela – Human Development, of Brownsville, to provide consulting services for BISD Migrant families for the 2026-2027 school year. Categorical Funding: Title I-C 212 for $1,000.00 for 2 one-hour sessions. 

IV.A.3. Recommend approval of Patricia Valenzuela – Human Development, of Brownsville to provide consulting services for BISD parents and parent liaisons for the 2026-2027 school year. Categorical Funding: 211 for $10,000.00 for 20 one-hour sessions.
